Queen of the Night

A beautiful white swan tucks her graceful head under her wing and
slips off to sleep heralding the days end. Now soft petals delicately
unfurl and glow ivory under the pale moonlight. Their rare bloom
intoxicates any who catch the scent of its sweet heady fragrance
floating on the warm night air. Small iridescent insects drone and
hum, as the hypnotic pulse of crickets chirp in rhythm. The
irresistible dance of nocturnal attraction is thick with pheromones.
So awakens the Queen of the Night rising from her starry bower. She is
a weaver of magic, the bringer of dreams, she who rules over the
fairies and all the creatures of the night.
